Overview
We met with Vee Owner of Big Dough Entertainment from a mutual Business associate who referred us to him! He heard good things about us, so he wanted to explore the benefits of working with us. He told us that he wanted to bring this JADAKISS show to Allentown, but needed a venue and a Street team that could effectively help establish his brand in the marketplace. We booked the venue date for him through our Business Relationship with the Owner and the management of Crocodile Rock Cafe". We explained to Vee what our Street Promotions bring to the table to ensure a successful show! He was particularly interested with our Sponsorship acquiring and coordination. He told us he wanted a specific Sponsor for this event and We told him that we can get them on board!
Goal
Our goal was to keep Big Dough Entertainments show on top of the targeted audiences minds and increase the demand for presale tickets and increase their bottom through our vigorless flyer distribution and online marketing!
We do this by keeping our Clients Brand ( P.O.P. ) Products of Promotions out in high traffic locations within the communities of the Six different Marketplaces that we were contracted to cover for our client!
Increase foot traffic into ticket outlets so the Sponsors of the event can have the opportunity to sell their products and service to my clients audience . All the meanwhile selling more tickets for Big Dough Entainments event .
To increase online sales through Crocodile Rock Cafe's website

We provided an overall awareness and visibility for our Client "Big Dough Entertainment" JADAKISS show at Crocodile Rock Café

There was approximately 1000 people in Attendance!
10,000 Flyers were passed out
1000 11 x 17' posters were put up for display within the six different marketplaces
We acquired and coordinated all the Sponsorships for this said event generating $1500.00 for our client.
There were 500 tickets pre sold for this event and 500 people paid at the door.
